2.1 Z serwisu mogą korzystać wyłącznie osoby, które ukończyły 16 lat.
2.2 Rejestracja odbywa się wyłącznie przez konto Google. Użytkownik ponosi odpowiedzialność za bezpieczeństwo swojego konta.
2.3 Jeden użytkownik może posiadać tylko jedno konto.
Serwis umożliwia: przeglądanie wydarzeń lokalnych na mapie, tworzenie i zarządzanie wydarzeniami, uczestniczenie w czacie przy wydarzeniach oraz otrzymywanie powiadomień push o nowych wydarzeniach w okolicy.
3.2 Serwis korzysta z GPS urządzenia wyłącznie za zgodą użytkownika wyrażoną w przeglądarce. Ostatnia znana lokalizacja jest zapisywana lokalnie na urządzeniu oraz na serwerze w celu filtrowania powiadomień.
4.1 Użytkownik zachowuje prawa autorskie do swoich treści i udziela administratorowi niewyłącznej, nieodpłatnej licencji na wyświetlanie ich w serwisie.
4.2 Zabrania się publikowania treści niezgodnych z prawem, nawołujących do nienawiści lub przemocy, naruszających prawa osób trzecich, zawierających spam lub treści komercyjne, fałszywych lub pornograficznych.
4.3 Administrator zastrzega prawo do usunięcia treści naruszających powyższe zasady bez uprzedzenia.
5.1 Serwis jest udostępniany w stanie „takim, jaki jest" (as is), bez gwarancji dostępności ani poprawności działania.
5.2 Administrator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za treści tworzone przez użytkowników ani za szkody wynikłe z korzystania z serwisu.

7.1 Administrator może zawiesić lub usunąć konto użytkownika w przypadku naruszenia regulaminu.
8.1 Administrator zastrzega prawo do zmiany regulaminu. O istotnych zmianach użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani przez serwis. Dalsze korzystanie oznacza akceptację nowych warunków.

The Service allows you to browse local events on a map, create and manage events, participate in event chats, and receive push notifications about nearby events.
3.2 The Service uses your device's GPS only with your explicit browser permission. Your last known location is stored locally and on the server to filter push notifications.
4.1 You retain ownership of your Content and grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service.
4.2 You may not post Content that violates applicable laws, promotes hatred or violence, infringes third-party rights, constitutes spam, is false or misleading, or contains pornographic material.
4.3 The Operator reserves the right to remove violating Content without notice.
5.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability or accuracy.
5.2 The Operator is not liable for user-generated content or damages arising from use of the Service.
5.3 You attend events created by other users at your own risk.

3.2 Der Dienst nutzt den GPS-Standort nur mit deiner ausdrücklichen Browser-Erlaubnis. Der zuletzt bekannte Standort wird lokal und auf dem Server gespeichert.
4.1 Du behältst das Eigentum an deinen Inhalten und räumst dem Betreiber eine nicht-exklusive, kostenlose Lizenz zur Anzeige ein.
4.2 Nicht erlaubt sind: Verstöße gegen geltendes Recht, Aufstachelung zu Hass oder Gewalt, Verletzung von Rechten Dritter, Spam, falsche Informationen oder pornografische Inhalte.
4.3 Der Betreiber behält sich vor, regelwidrige Inhalte ohne Vorankündigung zu entfernen.
5.1 Der Dienst wird „wie besehen" (as is) ohne Garantie bereitgestellt.
5.2 Der Betreiber haftet nicht für nutzergenerierte Inhalte oder Schäden aus der Nutzung.
5.3 Du nimmst an Veranstaltungen anderer Nutzer auf eigenes Risiko teil.

3.2 El Servicio utiliza el GPS únicamente con tu permiso explícito. Tu última ubicación conocida se almacena localmente y en el servidor.
4.1 Conservas la propiedad de tu Contenido y otorgas al Operador una licencia no exclusiva y gratuita para mostrarlo.
4.2 Está prohibido publicar contenido ilegal, que incite al odio o la violencia, que vulnere derechos de terceros, spam, contenido falso o pornográfico.
4.3 El Operador se reserva el derecho a eliminar contenido infractor sin previo aviso.
5.1 El Servicio se proporciona «tal cual» sin garantía de disponibilidad.
5.2 El Operador no es responsable del contenido generado por los usuarios ni de los daños derivados del uso.
5.3 Asistes a los eventos de otros usuarios bajo tu propio riesgo.
